Who wore it better: Shania Twain or Hayden Panettiere?

Another blog post about who wore it better? This one is with Shania Twain and Hayden Panettiere. I love both of these girls look&style so it could be harder this time!
Shania:
-Hair up, some curled pieces falling
-Silver bracelets
-White clutch
-straps
Hayden:
-Hair to side (curled)
-wallet (clutch)
-strapless

Personally I think hayden worked it best!
